After the holiday season, winter can get long and monotonous, especially with the constant flow of work and school. If you are looking for a way to break up the stress and have some fun, here are 10 winter activities to break up the stress.
Ice Skating
Ice skating is a fun activity to do while taking a short break from school or work. Since indoor rinks are usually close-by the activity doesn’t take too long. No matter the weather you can go get some exercise while enjoying the bliss of gliding or stumbling across ice.

Go Skiing or Snowboarding
This activity is a little more pricey and usually farther away, but it’s well worth it to hit the slopes on a free weekend with nothing to do because it’s great exercise and they have different slopes for beginners and for very experienced athletes.

This is also a great one for snowy weather if you can find a steep hill to race down with some friends.
