February is Random Acts of Kindness Month, a month that symbolizes positivity through small acts of kindness. The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation encourages people to show generosity or compassion by either donating to organizations or complimenting a stranger.
Random Acts of Kindness Day is officially Feb. 17, but the whole month has been dedicated to small acts of kindness to spread joy and warmth.
As a tribute to Random Acts of Kindness Month, the Student Library Advisory Board (SLAB), has placed bees all around the halls. If you find a bee, take it to the library for a bee themed prize.
“The SLAB hid them around the school in the morning and it’s just a little something to make it visual and just to remind people to always be kind,” Mrs. Walter, one of the school librarians, said.
