With the stress of AP and final exams, you may have forgotten to check your course request for the 2025-26 school year.
It’s important to make sure you’re signed up for all the classes you want to take for next year. It is possible that you requested a different course than the one you wanted or a past change didn’t go through, but the deadline to make changes is quickly approaching.
“It is really important for them to review their Course Request tab in StudentVue prior to May 30. The classes listed will be their classes next year,” Adria Frye, counselor for Freshman and Sophomores H-O said. “I also recommend students emailing their school counselor if they want to change the course. This provides the student with a digital record of the requested change prior to the deadline.”
As of right now, if you want to change your schedule you can talk to your counselor. However, this option is closing May 30, so make any needed changes as soon as possible.
“Students who have a schedule conflict, meaning the courses they selected cannot be scheduled due to classes conflicting, will be able to adjust to add a class that will work for their schedule,” Frye said.
If you have any questions, talk to your counselor right away and they can help clear up any confusion.
