It’s that time of year, check under your bed, in the closet and around the house because all library books are due by May 30.
Librarian Jef Muller said it’s a big investment not only with money but also investing time into maintaining an organized and efficient library.
“We try to keep stuff updated and have a variety of books for your entertainment reading but also academic reading,” Muller said. “We need to be responsible in making sure these books get returned for future classes.”
Valerie Kettner, assistant librarian, said if books are not returned by the end of the school year, deficiency notices will be sent home.
“We ask that students cover the cost of any book they don’t return,” she said. “However, if it gets returned, no matter how late it is, there will be no fine.”
